With over 15 years in the disability and community services sector, Poujah brings extensive experience to her role at OnSide.

With a background in Community Welfare and Social Work, Poujah takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach to Support Coordination. She is passionate about helping participants and families build strong relationships, strengthen their networks and develop the confidence and capacity to move towards their goals.

As a Lead Support Coordinator, Poujah brings her experience, knowledge and genuine commitment to people to both the participants she supports and the wider OnSide team.
