📌 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT APPOINTMENTS

I completely understand that life happens. Things come up, plans change and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or moved.

As a small business, my appointment times are carefully scheduled and reserved specifically for each client. When an appointment is left unfilled at short notice, it can be difficult to offer that time to someone else who may have been waiting for an opening.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I prepare my space and schedule around it. 💚

Going forward:
✨ Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
✨ Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
✨ No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
✨ If you’re running late, please send me a message as soon as possible.

I truly appreciate your understanding and support of my little business. Every appointment matters, and respecting each other’s time helps me continue providing the care and service you come to Wild Soul Connection for. 🌿

From 1 September, Wild Soul Connection is moving from Fresha to Weeha for all bookings. 📲

And let me tell you… keeping my mouth shut has been very HARD! 😂

At 11:55am Wednesday, my phone rang with some pretty exciting news…

But did I answer?

Nope. 😂

Because I was under the weather curled up in bed and completely knocked out. 🤦‍♀️

So instead, I woke up to the most beautiful voice message saying…

Ummm… WTAF!! 😱

This is my first year being nominated, (Thankyou OMGrazing AU for the nomination xx) so to actually make the finalist list feels a little surreal.

There may have been happy tears.
There may have been a few “holy crap!” moments.
And there has definitely been a whole lot of “is this actually happening?!” 😂🥹

Wild Soul Connection is my little boho dream that somehow keeps growing….fuelled by passion, purpose, a ridiculous amount of coffee and some pretty bloody amazing humans who continue to support me. ☺️

So this is my big THANK YOU to every beautiful soul who has booked with me, recommended me, shared my posts, left a review, come along to an event, trusted me with your wellbeing or simply cheered me on from the sidelines.

You’re all part of this little Wild Soul journey. 💚

And now… there’s another little adventure on the horizon. 👀

Tonight is the Logan City Local Business Awards, and I just wanted to wish every single finalist the very best of luck! 🥂✨

I was incredibly honoured to be a finalist again this year and was really looking forward to celebrating alongside so many amazing local businesses.

Unfortunately, due to my health, I’ve made the difficult decision to pull out of attending tonight. 🫶 It’s definitely not how I imagined spending the evening, but sometimes we have to listen to our bodies and put ourselves first.

So, while I won’t be there in person with all you amazing beautiful people, I’ll be cheering you all on from home! 🥰

Sunday is for the little things…

✨ Slow mornings
✨ A good coffee
✨ Time with the people you love
✨ Getting outside
✨ Doing something just for you
✨ Switching off from the busyness
✨ Taking a moment to simply breathe

You don’t always need to do more.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down and enjoy where you are. 🤍

She said she wasn’t feeling well.

I said, “That’s okay babe… Mum needs a treatment.” 🤣💆‍♀️

One minute she’s my sick little patient…
Next minute she’s standing over me like she’s been running a clinic for 20 years. 😂

Honestly, I’m not sure whether I’m raising a daughter or training my replacement. 🤷‍♀️🤣

Sick day? ❌
Work experience day? Absolutely. ✅

🫶MASSAGE AFTERCARE MATTERS 🫶

You’ve made the time to slow down, relax and give your body some much needed TLC… so don’t forget to look after yourself afterwards too. 🫶

One of the simplest things you can do after your massage is drink plenty of water.

Hydration can help support your body as it recovers from your treatment and keep those muscles feeling their best. 💧

A few little aftercare reminders:

🌿 Drink some extra water
🌿 Take it easy for the rest of the day if you can
🌿 Avoid jumping straight into strenuous exercise
🌿 Give your body time to relax and reset
🌿 Pay attention to how you’re feeling

And most importantly… don’t rush straight back into the chaos! 😂

Your massage is your reminder to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself. ✨
