Good morning beautiful people! This post was meant to be done yesterday, but life and work got in the way, so I hope you will forgive me and start a day late. I want to share 3 things with you.
1. Setting our intentions for the day, the week, the month. Armed with love and curiosity look deep inside your soul and discover how would you like to feel? Who are you being when you set your intentions? Once you set your intentions then detach grin the outcome....
Put your intentions in the comment as having it in writting is asking for accountability.
2. I would like to invite you to join me on a gratitude challenge. I joined a group of Health and Welbeing coaches who are involving their friends in it. So what it involves is every day writting 3 to 5 things, feelings, emotions , a certain person that you are grateful for. You can do it in a pretty diary or on the back of an old envelope. The emphasis is on turning our sight to the positives we have. You can do it in the morning, edd during the day or at the end of the day as a part of your calm down routine. I would love it if we share, but also I undestand that there are very personal things we might be gratefull about. I will start with expressing my gratitude for knowing you all and for accepting me in your group.
3. I need to appologise for the delay in resuming our program about dealing with stress, fear and anxiety. I decided to order a special lamp that will make me look a bit more professional and put together, rather than turning the camera around in all posdible different angles, so I can have my best side forward lol. I am hoping us to resume asap, but meanwhile, please know that I am here for you all as a fitness instructor, as a Health coach, but most of all as a friend. Please do not hesitate to reach out eather here or via pm.
