A quick update on deliveries 🤍

We want to be completely transparent with you.

At the moment, My Meals is delivering within Tasmania only.

We’ve trialled a number of interstate courier options, and unfortunately we’ve found them to be too unreliable for fresh food. Missed deliveries, delays, and temperature issues just don’t align with our standards — and we refuse to compromise on food quality or safety.

Our meals are:
✔️ Fresh (not frozen)
✔️ Cooked to order
✔️ Made with real, whole ingredients
✔️ Free from additives and nasties

Until we can guarantee that same quality from kitchen to doorstep 100% of the time, we’ve made the decision to keep deliveries local.

This allows us to:
• Deliver fresh, on time
• Maintain food safety standards
• Reduce waste
• Stand by the quality we’re proud of

We are actively working on better logistics solutions, and when we find a courier system that meets our standards, we’ll absolutely revisit interstate delivery.

We’d like to sincerely apologise for any delays in communication over the past couple of weeks. Our team took some well-deserved time off to rest, recharge, and spend time with family after a very big year — and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

As a national meal delivery company recently announced it would no longer service Tasmania, many locals have been left searching for reliable, healthy food options delivered to their door.

Fortunately, a Tasmanian-based business, My Meals, is continuing to deliver healthy, precooked meals across Hobart and surrounding areas — proving that local businesses are stepping up where large national providers have pulled back.
