We’re excited to welcome Nicky Roberts as our new Chief Financial Officer!

Nicky has more than 20 years of experience helping organisations improve how they manage money, strengthen governance, and make their systems and processes work better. She’s passionate about supporting teams to build their skills and confidence, and she encourages people to ask questions and look for better ways of doing things.

Nicky has worked in many senior roles across Tasmania, including at TasRecycle, the Public Trustee, Interact IT and the Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority. She has led major projects and helped teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Ben has been part of the Langford community for nearly 20 years, and if you ask him what he’s loved most in that time, golf is right up there ⛳️

He started playing as a teenager and has stuck with it ever since. These days, Ben heads out regularly with his Support Worker, Ben. The pair usually play nine holes at the local course. If the weather’s wild, or the course is booked, you might find them working on their form at the driving range instead!

Ben says golf keeps him relaxed, active, and focused on improving his score. His best memory so far? Getting a birdie for the first time.

We love seeing people do what they enjoy, for as long as they enjoy it.
