Does anyone remember worry dolls? 😅

Well I saw little worry doll and thought… well, if this isn’t a fairly accurate representation of how most of us are holding it together right now.

There’s been a bit of a theme in the conversations I’ve had with women in the clinic this month.

“I’m just tired.”
“I haven’t eaten yet.”
“I know I need to drink more water.”
“I just haven't had time.”
“It will calm down soon.”

Usually said with a laugh, because somewhere along the way we’ve accepted that this is just what being a busy woman looks like.

And I’m not here to tell you that you need to overhaul your life. Quite the opposite.

I think we need to come back to the simple things.

The foundations. Eating properly. Drinking water. Sleeping. Getting outside. Saying no sometimes.

A four step skincare routine....instead of ten!!!

Making a little room for yourself amongst everything you do for everyone else.

And sometimes that might simply look like booking an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

Come in. Put the phone away. Lie down. Let us take care of you for a little while.

Your worry doll can have the hour off too, it looks like she might need it. 😂
