Our 2023 Christmas🎄Lunch 🍰 at our exercise venue worked a treat (14/12/23). We got our exercise in along some Christmas jokes, and had a wonderful social dinner afterwards.

Thankyou to everyone who attended and who helped set up. So great to see people get involved in the Christmas theme and spirit! 🎅 🤶

Our Aged Care Exercise class has returned in 2021 since it ceased for 10 months during the pandemic. Clients are relieved to be back and are enjoying the many benefits of our unique system.
