Everyone talks about getting fully booked like it’s the ultimate goal.

And don’t get me wrong… being fully booked is an incredible achievement 👏

But, what happens when you’re fully booked and exhausted?

What happens when you want to take a week off?

What happens when you get sick?

What happens when you want more time with your family?

For years, I thought the answer was more clients.

More bookings.
More appointments.
More hours.

Eventually I realised something…

Being fully booked and being free aren’t always the same thing.

The biggest shift in my business happened when I stopped asking:

“How do I get more clients?”

And started asking:

“How do I create more freedom?”

That question changed everything ✨

Anyone can find a manufacturer.

Anyone can put a logo on a product.

But what happens AFTER that is the part nobody talks about…

→ Can you create demand in an industry with endless options?

→ Can you build a brand people actually remember?

→ Can you position your products in a way that makes customers choose YOU?

→ Can you build authority, price for profit and scale without burning yourself out?

Because products alone do not build successful beauty brands anymore.

Strategy does.

And that is exactly why I created Tech to Tycoon™ 🤍

DM me “TYCOON” to learn more about the mentorship.

This used to feel impossible.

I was told the only way to “make it work” was to put my kids in daycare and get a 9–5…
or work nights after they went to sleep and just push through the burnout.

More hours.
More clients.
More sacrifice.

And for a while, I believed that was the only option.

But the truth is… that path comes with a ceiling.
And eventually, something has to give.

So I changed my business model.

Not my work ethic.
Not my goals.
Just the way I was building.

I stopped relying on being booked out to get paid.
I built something that could grow without me needing to be there every second.

And now…

Present with my kids… hallelujah.
Working on my terms… hallelujah.
Money coming in quietly… hallelujah.

This life used to feel so far out of reach.

If you’ve ever felt like there has to be more than choosing between burnout or missing moments…

You’re not wrong.

You can say it’s oversaturated 💬
You can say you need more followers 📉
You can say you’re not ready 🤷🏼‍♀️

But the proof is right there 👀

$13,467 in 24 hours 💸
No extra clients. No longer hours.

So no… it’s not the market.

I didn’t hit that by getting lucky ✨ I hit it because I stopped building like a service provider.

For so long, I thought growth meant more clients, more hours, more work and that’s exactly what kept me capped.

That model has a ceiling ⛔️

This didn’t come from working harder. It came from building differently 📈

And that’s the part most people avoid.

Because it’s easier to say “I’m not ready” than to admit you’re building in a way that keeps you stuck.

The question isn’t whether it’s possible, the proof already answered that.

The real question is… are you going to keep doing the same thing, or finally change how you build 👀

At some point, every beauty professional realises the same thing…
More clients doesn’t equal more freedom.
It just equals more hours.

You can stay fully booked.
You can raise your prices.
You can hustle harder.

But eventually… you’ll still hit a ceiling.

That’s where most people stay.
Tech to Tycoon was created for the ones who don’t. 👑

This mentorship is designed to help beauty professionals transition from service provider to brand owner, building a brand that sells without you needing to take more clients, work longer days, or rely on your availability.

Inside Tech to Tycoon, the objective is simple:
✔ Transition from service provider to brand owner
✔ Build a brand that sells without your time
✔ Create scalable income beyond clients
✔ Position yourself as the go to in your niche
✔ Launch your own beauty supply line with confidence
✔ Build long term freedom in the beauty industry

This isn’t just theory.
You’ll receive 1:1 coaching, step by step guidance, and hands on support as you build your brand.

Only 8 spots are available for this intake ⚠️
This is intentionally kept small to ensure personalised coaching and real results.

Once these 8 spots are filled, applications will close.

If you’ve been feeling capped by services and ready to build something bigger, this is your moment.

The industry isn’t the problem.

Your beliefs about it are 😬

I’ve seen both sides.

The ones who say
“It’s oversaturated”
“I need more followers”
“I’m not ready yet”

And the ones…
building brands
scaling their income
creating freedom

Same industry
Completely different results

The difference?
The way they think
and how they choose to build

Seriously, once you stop thinking like a service provider
and start building like a brand owner…
everything changes

So let me ask you this

What if I told you
something was coming
that could change this for you…

Would you take the chance
or stay exactly where you are? 👀

10/04/2026

What if it doesn’t work?

That question keeps so many people stuck.

It keeps you waiting.
Overthinking.
Telling yourself you’ll start later.

But there’s another question.

What if it does? 😅

What if the decision you’re overthinking
is the one that changes everything 12 months from now?

🤔 Staying where you are isn’t risk free either.

Sometimes the biggest risk…
is never finding out. 😰

When I started, my stock room was half a bookshelf in my spare room.
My first month of sales was $125.
Two orders.

That was it.

I thought I needed a bigger following.
I thought I needed more experience.
I thought I needed to feel ready.

Imposter syndrome nearly kept me exactly where I was.

But I made one decision.
To stop building only around my time
and start building to scale.

In 12 months, everything looked different.

A bigger space.
Hundreds of orders.
Over $80K in sales.

Same person.
Same amount of time.

Just one shift.

The truth is, most people don’t realise what staying stuck actually costs them.

12 months will pass anyway.

The real question is…

12 months from now
will you still be stuck
or will you have scaled?

I didn’t take this video to talk about business.

I took it because these were the moments I didn’t want to miss.

For a long time, income meant being present for every appointment.
Every dollar tied to my time.

But eventually I started questioning that.

What would it look like to build something that didn’t stop
when I stepped away?

This was taken while I was on vacation with my kids.
No clients.
No rushing back.
No rearranging schedules 🗓️❌

Just income still coming in 💻✨

It made me realise growth doesn’t always come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from building differently 📈

And once you see that… it’s hard to unsee.

What does financial freedom look like for you?
What difference would it make in your life?

When I was 18, my friends used to tell me how lucky I was 👀

I had a stable job.
I was getting promoted.
My life looked like it was on track.

From the outside, it looked like I was doing everything right.

What they didn’t see was how exhausted I was.

🥱 I was burning my body out.
💤 Sleeping on my days off.
🪫 Running on empty.

My personality was even crashing out.

I became easy to dislike.
Withdrawn.
Disconnected.

Just trying to reach my KPI’s and get through the week…
all for minimum wage. 🤨

While my friends were travelling and experiencing the world…
I was working longer hours chasing the next promotion.

I told myself it would be worth it.
That working more hours, earning more money would eventually give me freedom.

But the higher I climbed, the more I realised something.

More responsibility didn’t mean more freedom.
It meant more pressure.
More hours.
More expectations.

And still… capped.

When I stepped into the beauty industry, I thought I had escaped that model.

But eventually I saw the same pattern.

More clients.
More hours.
More burnout.

That’s when everything shifted for me.

I stopped chasing income that relied only on my time…
and started building differently.

That decision led me to build The Beauty Cartel into a six figure business beyond 1:1 services.

The biggest change wasn’t working harder.
It was changing the way I built.
