About You
We are looking for someone who:

✅ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities
• Community access and social support
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transport to appointments and outings
• Light domestic assistance
• Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
• Encouraging independence and community participation
• Maintaining accurate shift notes and documentation
Essential Requirements (or Willing to Obtain)
✔ Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
✔ Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to complete)
✔ Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia and be available to work the required shifts without visa-imposed work limitations
✔ Ability to commit to ongoing shifts and provide consistency for participants
