As many of you know I had the opportunity to join my teacher Patrick Zeigler in India for my darkroom experience this year in March. Part of the reason for me to have the darkroom experience was to further my experience so that I can formally complete my Sekhem All Love teacher training with Patrick.
Patrick is returning to Sydney this October to run a four day workshop for us working with Sekhem-All Love energy.
Patrick is the original source of Sekhem All Love energy and this is an opportunity to learn from a living master.
This was the energy that I learnt after my Reiki training and I feel it takes over where Reiki ends.
It’s an experiential energy that allows you to have your own connection to your higher self and source energy. The initiations are spontaneous and pure.
It’s such a profound heart opening energy that will allow you to have heightened spiritual experiences in a very safe way.

Yesterday I began my journey to learn Karuna Ki Reiki - The way of compassion.
So blessed to have my beautiful teacher Debbie of My Crystal Bliss in my life.
Another beautiful step on my journey and I am looking forward to sharing Karuna Ki in my sessions and for my Reiki masters who would like to take another step in the Reiki journey I will eventually teach Karuna Ki 🩷🙏🏻🩷

The first night back into the world after my Darkroom experience at the Ashram with and we were honored to run a ladies only class for them to experience Sekhem All Love. I alongside and guided them into the Shenu meditation and gently activated them with touch. With the help of a translator these ladies who are not strangers to meditation got to experience deep, profound and emotional healing. After the session we opened up for sharing of experiences and questions. It was wonderful how receptive and curious they were about the energy we are so passionate about.
We then provided some healing through touch and shared the most wonderful loving hugs that brought us all to tears. It’s a true reminder that energy and healing doesn’t require words rather a trust, belief and intention.
This was one of my favourite experiences on the trip. So grateful to have met these beautiful ladies 🙏🏻🪽🤍⚡️💓

I’m home 🥰
It’s been an incredible month in India and I still have much to share about my travels.
I haven’t been able to receive phone calls and messages while I have been away so if you have reached out to me and not heard back, contact me again 🙏🏻 💓

Completion
An interesting thing happened one evening a dog was barking non stop and was quite distressed. I kept trying to not let it take me out of my meditative state but it went on for 20mins. My heart was feeling for the dog.
I felt my body travel out of the room and go and sit next to the dog. I put one arm around him and one on his chest and spoke to him and calmed him down. Within less than a minute the barking completely stopped.
We also had an Indian Wedding one evening in the courtyard of the ashram. There was non stop drums, flares and music for hours. The room was shaking. If that had happened in the first few days it would have been very disturbing but I just surrendered and in a way let myself be part of the wedding experience.
Patrick came into my room one evening and let me know that the next day I would be able to come out of the darkroom.
I had actually been told I could come out a few days earlier, but I decided not to take the “get out of jail free” card, as I wanted to see the whole time through.
The door was opened early in the morning of my last day, letting a small amount of light in.
Returning to Light
I got to feel the morning slowly arrive.
Before sunrise, I slowly emerged from my room to make my way up to the roof.
My return to life and light was a glimpse of the stars and moon, and the bats in the sacred banyan tree.
A sight that brought me to tears of gratitude as I deeply inhaled the cool morning air.
In that moment, life was truly beautiful and so magical and bright.
I could wish for nothing more. Completely content and so much gratitude for the depth of our experience as spiritual beings.
My eyes slowly adjusted over the next few hours.
Once the light properly came, I was able to clearly see the photograph of Hannah and Mikey that sat on my little table.
I could not see it for 10 days, but I knew they were there with me.
Final Reflection
That morning I took my time getting ready and came downstairs to be greeted by Yogi Ji, who was ready to hear my experience and answer questions.
The first food I had was cooked by Yogi Ji and was even more heavenly than before. Continued in comments

Joy & Light
The next day I was meditating and started to spontaneously laugh.
I had the giggles and could not stop laughing.
It was a wonderful feeling to feel so much joy.
It was a relief as everything had felt so serious up until that point.
I have to say that I had been seeing light in the darkness.
It was like a glowing fog.
Sometimes it was small, sometimes as wide as the room, and I could see this with my eyes open.
I would also get a brighter light in my peripheral vision.
When I closed my eyes, I would also see flashes, shapes (some with colour), shadows moving.
I also could see the outline of things in my room, like the edge of the bed.
When I really looked into the darkness, I could see texture and images.
At times, the different Hindu gods and goddesses would come to me.
Patrick explain that this was tapping into the greater consciousness almost like it was in the air where we were at the ashram.
At one point, I was asking to know myself and to know God.
I saw a large avatar of Shiva in blue.
He had a cobra staff which seemed to be made from silver, and he placed the head of the cobra head against my third eye.
I actually felt a physical pressure in this area, like receiving the Diksha.
Not long after, I saw a vision of myself seated crossed legged in meditation, wearing white clothes.
I had my meditation scarf that I had been using around my head and shoulders.
This scarf is a deep plum colour with some white patterning through it.
I could see the glow I had been seeing all around me, and the Hrim symbol above my head.
This symbol is a Ta***ic seed mantra that represents divine feminine energy (Shakti).
It signifies the heart, creativity, and healing.
Seeing this image brought an amazing wave of divine love.
Tears fell and my heart opened in deep gratitude and love for all things.
I let this energy move through me for some time.

Dreams and the Sound of God
With what unfolded over the next few days, it is a bit hard to be exact about the day things happened, as you really go into a timeless state.
Vivid Dreams Begin
Roughly day four, I experienced my first vivid dream.
I was able to be fully conscious in my dream and remember it in complete detail when I woke up.
It was full of life — in a way even more alive than real life.
In the dream, I was at the beach and in the ocean.
There were so many sea creatures.
I was standing on the edge of the water but looking into it with the perspective of an aquarium.
There were whales, dolphins, dugongs, and an amazing manta ray that raised its tail in acknowledgement to me.
I felt like all the animals had gathered to see me. I got to swim the water with them.
I also had a particular song that was playing — Weightlessness by skunkhour — and when I woke up, I could hear the song still in my head.
This was an incredible experience as I have never dreamed like this before and I can never recall my dreams.
I continued to have vivid dreams every day after that.
I found they happened when I woke at 3am to meditate.
I would get up, do some exercise, then meditate for 1.5 hours approx, then lay flat on my back, close my eyes, and I would go into the vivid dreaming.
Sometimes having multiple.
They weren’t always pleasant.
The second dream I had, I was dreaming I was asleep and I was woken to all the lights being switched on in my room.
I started to get worried as I knew that the lights shouldn’t be on, as I should be in the darkroom.
As I looked around the room, it did look different than my room at the ashram.
Everything was everywhere — things open, tipped out, moved.
In the darkroom I had created such order and structure, so I knew something wasn’t right.
I realised the door was open and my handbag was in the doorway, lying with my things tipped out.
I then realised all my money and cards had been taken out.
I then woke up, but on reflection had to laugh as it felt symbolic of giving away my earthly possessions.
Maybe I wasn’t quite ready to do that yet, or wanted to do it on my terms.
