Spring Reset 🌸💐🐝☀️

Spring is the season of fresh starts and your skin deserves one too.
As the weather warms up, our skin naturally shifts: more oil production, more time outdoors, and more exposure to UV.
This week, focus on a simple reset:
🌸 Swap heavy winter creams for lightweight hydration
🌸 Reintroduce antioxidants (hello, Vitamin C)
🌸Exfoliate gently to brighten and prep for summer

Your summer glow starts now.

As temperatures rise, the skin loses water more quickly leading to tightness, dullness, and a compromised moisture barrier. Hydration now = resilience later.

Key ingredients to focus on:
💧 Hyaluronic acid attracts and binds water for plump, hydrated skin.
🌿 Ceramides support the skin’s natural barrier.
🍉 Humectants like glycerin + aloe boost moisture retention.

Image Skincare Spotlight:
The IMAGE MD Restoring Hydration and Ormedic ranges combine humectants, ceramides, and soothing botanicals to help maintain a healthy, hydrated barrier heading into summer.

UV levels in Australia start climbing fast in September — long before the summer heat arrives. Daily SPF isn’t seasonal; it’s essential.

Here’s what to look for:
🛡️ Broad spectrum protection — shields against UVA (ageing) + UVB (burning).
🧴 SPF 30+ or 50+ — higher protection for longer days outdoors.
💧 Hydrating textures — modern formulas sit comfortably under makeup and skincare.

Image Skincare Spotlight:
The PREVENTION+ collection uses advanced UV filters and antioxidant blends to help protect the skin from environmental stressors while keeping it hydrated and smooth.

July is Hyperpigmentation & Melasma Awareness Month 🤎

Dark spots and uneven skin tone are more common than you might think—and they're not always easy to treat.

Hyperpigmentation can be caused by:
• Sun exposure ☀️
• Hormonal changes
• Acne and inflammation
• Skin injuries

Melasma, in particular, is often triggered by hormones and worsened by UV exposure.

The good news? With the right skincare, professional treatments, and consistent daily SPF, pigmentation can be managed and improved over time.

Remember—pigmentation isn't treated overnight. Consistency is the key to seeing lasting results.

July is UV Safety Awareness Month ☀️

Did you know UV damage doesn't just happen on hot, sunny days? Up to 80% of UV rays can pe*****te through clouds, meaning your skin needs protection every single day.

Daily SPF helps to:
😎 Prevent premature ageing
😎 Reduce pigmentation
😎 Lower your risk of skin cancer
😎 Protect your skin after professional treatments

Your morning skincare routine isn't complete without sunscreen.

Wear it. Reapply it. Protect your skin.
