As the long weekend arrives, we’d like to wish our wonderful Ease Wellness community a safe, restful, and rejuvenating few days.

Whether you’re spending time with loved ones, exploring somewhere new, catching up on life admin, or simply enjoying a slower pace, we hope you find moments to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what fills your cup.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is give ourselves permission to rest.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me for Resilience with Ease yesterday at the 🙌✨

It was wonderful to spend the morning with such an engaged and thoughtful group, exploring how we can better understand stress, strengthen our emotional intelligence, and shift our perspective in ways that support greater resilience, wellbeing, and ease.

One of the things I love most about these community workshops is seeing people come together with a shared commitment to growth, learning, and creating positive change in their lives.

A special thank you to Sarah and the team at The Little B.I.G. House for continuing to provide such a welcoming and supportive space for our community to connect and learn.

A huge congratulations to our founder, Katherine Anderson, on receiving an Amy Large Volunteer Award at the 2026 Inner West Community Awards 🤍

Kate was recognised for her contribution to the Inner West community through the Life by Design wellness and mindset workshops she has been delivering at The Little B.I.G. House since 2021.

What began as a simple desire to give back to the community has grown into a meaningful series of workshops supporting people with practical tools around resilience, stress management, nervous system regulation, mindset, and wellbeing.

At Ease Wellness, we see every day how deeply Kate cares about helping people feel calmer, clearer, healthier, and more connected to themselves and others. Her passion for community, holistic wellbeing, and creating supportive spaces for growth is woven into everything she does, and we couldn’t be prouder to see this recognised.

We’d also like to acknowledge the incredible volunteers, community leaders, educators, organisers, carers, and advocates across the Inner West who were celebrated on the night. It was such a beautiful reminder of the power of community and collective care.
