One thing I always gently remind my clients 🤍

Neuroptimal isn’t designed to be a “one session fix”…
it’s an ongoing training process for your brain.

Some people do feel something after their first session…
more calm, better sleep, a sense of ease…

But the real magic tends to happen over time.

Consistency allows your brain to slow down,
reset and begin to create more sustainable patterns.

For most people, this looks like 5–10 sessions
before they start noticing clearer shifts within themselves.

✨ Neuro Calm for Kids ✨

NeuroOptimal Neurofeedback is such a beautiful, safe and gentle tool for kids 💛

I have a number of children who come in regularly, and it’s always so lovely to see how comfortable and relaxed they become in the space. Each session runs for 33 minutes, and the focus is simply on allowing the brain to do what it does best ; reset and reorganise.

For little ones, we keep things fun and easy. There’s colouring in, building blocks and different activities to help them stay engaged during the session. For older kids (usually around 9–12), they’re often happy to just sit back, relax, and even read a book.

During sessions, I always encourage parents to stay, especially for younger children (around 5–9). I’m also right there in the room the whole time to make sure everything stays in place and your child feels comfortable and supported 🤍

Every child is different, and that’s the beauty of it ; the experience is completely unique to them.

✈️ Nervous flyer?

I’ve had a few clients recently who’ve shared that flying has always felt overwhelming for them.

The lead-up nerves.
The busy mind.
That unsettled feeling before take-off.
