I'm afraid I over did it yesterday and feeling a bit sore and sorry for myself today. The thing with chronic conditions is your mind says, sure you can do that and your body says ok then. Afterwards your mind says you shouldn't have done that when your body starts to seize up! So it's a quiet one for me today. Off to the Macadamia farm for my daughters birthday lunch. 🎂

We all take care of those around us and so often we are last on the list. 📃

Even when you're kids are grown its easier to take care of others than ourselves. 👨🏻‍👩🏻‍👧🏻‍👦🏻

Why do we do that? 🤔

Its time to put yourself at the top of the list. 📃

Time to know that your self-care is your top priority. #️⃣1️⃣

Time to show the same love and care to yourself that you have been showing to others all these years. 🥰

You deserve it. 😍

When was the last time you made time for some self-care?

Its easy to get caught up in life and before long you are exhausted. I love that my job is to support others to let go of that exhaustion and relax. It makes me so happy to see others find peace and ease in their lives simply by caring for themselves as much as they care for those around them. A session with me is all about you and what you need to bring back ease and joy into your life.
