The closer we move towards Winter Solstice, the quieter I seem to become. Im so deep in the depths of myself. And this feels so right. Winter has its own rhythm.

The last few months have asked a lot of me. There has been much to navigate, much to consider and more than a few moments where I have questioned what comes next.

So I have found myself doing what nature is already doing around us. Slowing down and spending less time pushing, more time listening and time in the garden, pulling weeds and feeling her inner pull this side of her.
I just feel I’ve spent more time sitting with the things that truly matter. I do look forward to sharing these composting thoughts and movement with you in time.

You may have noticed that I’m not as active here at the moment and that is intentional. Winter is a season of gathering ourselves, conserving energy amd allowing things to settle.

I’m still here, seeing clients, holding healing sessions, Womb Hara sessions and creating personalised oils from the temple apothecary. Just a little more quietly.

As part of this season, I felt called to offer something special.

A Midwinter Rune Reading. This is a six month rune reading exploring the road between now and Christmas. Its a chance to sit with the runes and gain insight into the energies, opportunities, lessons and possibilities that may be unfolding through the remainder of 2026.

$33

If this feels like something you’d like to explore, send me a message. I will begin tomorrow 8th June until Friday. I always pull out my diary and reflect in June of the readings ive done for myself for 2025, on January 1st (every year without fail). Its a self check, reflect and shows me the accuracy of this form of self reflection.

May winter hold you gently as we make our way towards the returning light. So excited to see many of you for Winter Solstice Circle. If you missed out on your spot, reach out and I will be able to pop you in. We will be working with clay.

How incredible are these quail eggs! I so dont want to eat them!!!

Today was a different kind of medicine. As the first beautiful woman arrived, Crow sat high in the palm tree calling out across the morning. I caught it on video. This first session was a Womb Hara Massage. A session of release and cutting the binds to someone whose time in her story had come to an end. The kind of letting go that is rarely simple, but deeply necessary.

Crow medicine has long been associated with transformation, endings, wisdom and the crossing of thresholds. It reminds us that death is not always physical. Sometimes it is the death of an attachment, an identity, a hope, a story we have carried long beyond its season. And in that ending, space is made for something new.

Later in the day, another divine spark, precious woman arrived for a healing session. The threads that emerged carried us into old stories, old lifetimes, and the understanding that some souls are born into a bloodline not simply to belong to it, but to heal what has been carried through it.

To bring awareness where there was once unconsciousness. And compassion where there was once harm and become the place where the pattern changes. A tiny spider arrived with her and I couldn’t help but feel it belonged to the medicine of the day. I let it spend some time on my arm before placing on the Avocado tree.

Spider teaches us about the sacred weaving of life. About how every choice, every healing, every release becomes part of a much larger tapestry. She reminds us that we are both the weaver and the thread.

There was another gift today too, fresh herbs, leafy greens and beautiful quail eggs. Gifts from her garden that had been tended with care, patience and love. I am continually reminded that exchange is not measured solely in dollars.

There is something profoundly moving about receiving food that someone has planted, watered, nurtured, harvested. It carries its own medicine.

Feeling so deeply blessed. 💗✨🌀🕸️🕷️

This morning reminded me why I speak about sacred ecology as a way of living. The sunrise over the ocean was breathtaking. Soft gold spilling across the water. A mother dolphin and her baby moving through the waves. Small moments that many would pass by, yet somehow they feel like conversations when we slow down enough to notice.

Later, I spent time with the beautiful Kaleena. We shared elderberry tea, journeyed through a guided meditation and she offered intuitive reflections on the themes currently moving through my life before I received an energetic healing session.

At the very beginning, a tiny spider appeared and spent time with us. It sat on my arm for a while before making its way onto the healing table. The language, so very clear. Little movements of its head, clearly seeing me as it rested on my body. There was something deeply peaceful about its presence. Grandmother energy, weaver energy. The ancient intelligence that knows how to create, uncreate and create again.

After the session, Kaleena found that little spider had passed.
Rather than just sadness, what arose in me was a quiet acknowledgement of endings. Of threads that have been woven for a long time now reaching completion.

Of old stories, identities, patterns gently coming to rest. Nature is constantly showing us these truths. Birth and death, tide and retreat, seed and blossom, arrival and departure. Not one of it separate from us. This is what sacred ecology means to me. That deep inner knowing that we are not observers of nature, we are nature.

The more deeply we return to relationship with the living world the more we begin to recognise ourselves within it. The dolphin and her babe, the rising sun, rock, waves and spider who comes to sit for a while and then quietly leaves.

All of it belonging, teaching and inviting us back into right relationship with life itself.

Thank you, Kaleena In The Heart of SHE for holding such a beautiful space today. Your work carries a gentleness and depth that is felt long after the session has ended. 🤍

No music on purpose.

Many will say this is what you could feel, but lets go a little rogue..how are you feeling? How was the last few days? Note how the ones following feel for you. The more you learn to feel into these things for yourself, the less you’ll seek outside of you. This is how I feel. This is where I am headed. I love you.

Today, a gift. Received sun with the rain. A rainbow, the promise of the light. I got to weave a divine offering for a beautiful woman and received the most incredible gift that I wont yet share but will soon. My new Egyptian Oils arrived yesterday and WOWWWWW!!! As with the others, indescribable. Truly, unlike any others, nothing compares. are worth every single dollar paid. And I love that through buying them, Im giving back to a family who weave their craft and have since the days of cleopatra and nefertiti , which is also their bloodline. These oils are sacred and I deeply love creating intuitive personal blends.

If this intrigues you and you wish for me to create one for you, reach out.

These are $60 for 30ml and are blended in organic sweet almond oil and when the oil asks, sometimes some Australian Jojoba but the oils are super sensitive and know what they want. I follow their lead.

I think us humans need to remember that we are not separate from each other, from nature, or from the consequences of our actions.

This world constantly pulls us apart into tribes, identities, politics, classes, beliefs, algorithms and fear. And over time that fragmentation creates loneliness, exhaustion, and eventually a forgetting of each other’s humanity.

But beneath all of it, we are still human beings carrying the same ancient needs to belong, feel safe, be loved, seen, to create meaning and leave something beautiful behind.

One of the greatest dangers of this time is not technology itself but how disconnected many of us have become from stillness, from our bodies, from nature, from community, and from genuine human connection.

We are overstimulated but emotionally and spiritually undernourished.

Fear spreads faster than truth. Outrage spreads faster than understanding.

Modern systems reward division because attention has become currency and humans are being pulled into constant states of fear and reaction. When people remain afraid for too long they stop thinking clearly. Compassion narrows and nuance disappears.

That does not mean the challenges we face are not real. They are. There is ecological strain, economic pressure, loneliness, polarisation, technological disruption, and increasing concentration of power. But fear alone cannot solve any of them.

I believe the people helping carry the world forward are often not the loudest voices online. They are the quieter ones. The ones growing gardens, raising kind children, making art, caring for elders, feeding people, healing trauma, creating spaces where others feel less alone.

Civilisation is held together far more by ordinary acts of care than most people realise.

And perhaps most importantly humans need to remember that being imperfect does not make life meaningless.

We are temporary beings capable of extraordinary love, tenderness, creativity, grief, courage, music, poetry and beauty.

To me the tragedy would not be humans failing to become perfect beings. It would be us forgetting our humanity while trying to “survive” the future.

Love is everything and unity is the way forward.
