In 1998, a 15-year-old Zanna walked into her local pharmacy looking for work experience.

What started as a school placement became a Saturday job, a pharmacy degree, a Rural Pharmacy Scholarship, and eventually ownership of the very pharmacy where her journey began.

Today, nearly 30 years later, Zanna continues to care for the Charters Towers community she has always called home.

Her story is a reminder of the lasting impact independent community pharmacies have on the communities they serve.

Here for our local community. Here for good.

Today we celebrate our wonderful pharmacists — Michael, Reuben and Daniel — and say a huge thank you for everything they do for our team, our pharmacy and our community. 🤍

We’d also like to recognise the amazing pharmacists who step in and help us out throughout the year, allowing our boys to enjoy a well-earned break while continuing to provide great care to our patients.

A huge THANK YOU to Josh, EJ, Corey and Steve at Trend Tiles Inverell and his team, as well as everyone who helped make it all happen. We really appreciate the hard work and effort that went into getting everything completed and looking so good.

It’s great to see the pharmacy getting a freshen-up, and we’re not finished yet! 👀
