Brighter Access has been proud to be part of the Meals on Wheels community in Inverell for 15 years!

Corey and Bodie, alongside Disability Support Worker David (pictured), are regulars on the Meals on Wheels run, joined by many other Brighter Access participants and staff who give their time to this rewarding and important program.

Volunteering is about more than lending a hand. It’s about having the opportunity to contribute, connect with others and feel part of something bigger.

Do you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems and helping a team run smoothly? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Brighter Access is looking for a Roster Clerk to join our Inverell team on a full-time basis. This role is at the heart of our day-to-day operations.

You'll be responsible for coordinating staff rosters, managing scheduling changes and working closely with our managers and support teams to make sure our participants receive the support they need, when they need it.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, can think on their feet and has a great eye for detail.

You'll be a great fit if you have:
• Experience in rostering or administration (experience in disability, community services or aged care is an advantage)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft Office
• Great communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• The ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm under pressure
