Christine brings a wealth of experience supporting children, young people and families, with a genuine passion for helping people feel understood, valued and empowered. She believes every individual has their own unique story, strengths and potential, and that meaningful Behaviour Support begins by building trusting relationships and taking the time to understand the person behind the behaviour.

Working from a person-centred, neuroaffirming and relationship-focused approach, Christine partners closely with participants, families and support networks to develop practical strategies that build confidence, strengthen relationships and create meaningful outcomes.

Nikki brings a wealth of experience working alongside children, young people and families, with a genuine passion for creating safe, supportive environments where people feel seen, heard and understood. Her approach is grounded in the belief that behaviour is communication and that meaningful support begins with connection.

Through a neuroaffirming, strengths-based and relationship-first approach, Nikki is passionate about helping participants and families build confidence, strengthen relationships and celebrate the unique strengths every individual brings. She believes that by taking the time to understand the person behind the behaviour, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

As our organisation continues to grow, we're looking to connect with passionate Disability Support Workers interested in Casual and Independent Contractor opportunities.

We're building our support worker network across Greater Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast and Melbourne's West, supporting people to live life their way through meaningful, relationship-based support.

🌟🌟 We're Recruiting | Female Disability Support Worker – Werribee

At BMe Supports, we know that great support starts with the right relationship.

We're currently looking for a compassionate, reliable and relationship-focused female Disability Support Worker to support one of our participants in Werribee.

This isn't just about filling a roster. It's about finding the right person to build a genuine connection, support independence and make a positive difference in someone's everyday life.

Current shifts available:
📅 Monday mornings
📅 Fridays

There is also potential for additional shifts as BMe Supports continues to grow.

About the role

You'll be supporting a participant with:
• Community access and social participation
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Appointment support
• Light household assistance
• Basic personal care
• Medication support (where appropriately trained)

We're looking for someone who is:

✔ Female (participant preference)
✔ Ideally 26 years or older
✔ LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive
✔ Compassionate, reliable and emotionally intelligent
✔ Comfortable working in a relationship-based support model
✔ Comfortable around cats

Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability, mental health, neurodiversity or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Essential requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Victorian Driver Licence
• Reliable, fully insured vehicle
• Right to work in Australia
