She had already tried so much by the time she came to The Elite Hub.
Different exercises. Different advice. Different ideas about what would finally help. And still no clear answer about why her stomach hadn't changed.
Her story turned at one moment. Before anyone recommended a single treatment, we assessed her body to find out what was actually going on.
That order matters more than most mums are ever told.
A post-pregnancy stomach can be shaped by abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti, where the two sides of the abdominal wall have drawn apart along the midline), by loose skin, or by both. From the outside, these can look very similar. Underneath, they call for different approaches. The right plan depends on knowing which one is there first.
We Don't Guess. We Test.
Once her assessment showed what was shaping her stomach, we built her plan around her. It combined non-invasive body contouring and muscle restoration, chosen for her body and what we found. It wasn't a standard package.
The aim was always twofold: how her core works, and how her stomach looks. The photo shows the visible part of that change. The part you can't see is the work on how her core supports her every day.
Every assessment we do draws on more than 20 years of experience in post-pregnancy body restoration. That experience is what turns a finding into a plan a mum can trust.
Whether your last baby was one year ago or twenty, your body can still be assessed and understood. 🌸
Before you started trying things, did anyone ever test what was actually going on with your core?
