From Panic to Peace — A Real Story

Last week, a woman came to me struggling to breathe, caught in a cycle of panic attacks, physical pain, and emotional numbness. Her words say it best:

“I couldn’t breathe properly, the panic attacks wouldn’t stop, I could physically feel my heart and stomach aching… but also felt numb.

After the first session, I slept all night.

Tuesday, I still felt heavy and cried a lot, but by Wednesday I noticed I was taking deeper breaths.

By Thursday and the second session — I felt 100% better. Breathing normally. Connected to my body and brain again.”

This is the power of spinal flow — it’s not just about the body, it’s about restoring connection, calm, and clarity when it feels like everything is spiralling.

It’s been 3 months since our last women’s breathwork circle and I’m so grateful for the lovely ladies who turned up tonight to connect to their breath and body.

Releases of heaviness, visions of a big black serpent shedding its skin, clarity of its time, patience and reconnecting to self. Our next circle is 13th December ☺️
