We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers who are passionate about empowering participants to live independently and achieve their goals.

About the role:
✨ Community access
✨ Personal care
✨ Daily living assistance
✨ Meal preparation
✨ Domestic assistance
✨ Transport to appointments and activities
✨ Building meaningful relationships with participants

What you’ll need:
✔️ Cert 3 individual support or higher (or working towards)
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
✔ Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR
✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Comprehensive car insurance
✔ A caring, positive attitude and strong communication skills
