🌼 Proactive Community Care at the Spring Wellbeing Fair in Leichhardt, QLD 🌼

Today, our team had an incredible time connecting with the wonderful Leichhardt community at the Spring Wellbeing Fair! We were delighted to meet so many community members, as well as other dedicated NDIS and community service providers who are all committed to improving lives.

A special highlight was having the Honorable MP Shayne Neumann visit our stall. We are grateful for his support and shared passion for community wellbeing.

We are excited to announce Bernadette Arthur as our new Support Coordinator at Proactive Community Care! With over 20 years of experience in disability and aged care, Bernadette brings unmatched expertise and a passion for helping others.

Having worked closely with the NDIS from the very beginning, Bernadette has a thorough understanding of disability services and is committed to ensuring that participants receive the best possible support. Her extensive experience in Support Coordination means she knows how to navigate complex systems and advocate for the unique needs of individuals and families living with disabilities.

Whether it's helping participants connect with services, managing their NDIS plans, or providing ongoing support, Bernadette is here to make sure everyone receives the care and guidance they need.
