My name is Kathy and I my aim is to create a safe space for others to heal on a soul level, which then creates growth. A session with may incorporate Kinesiology, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, Flower Essences and Shamanic Healing, as well as personalized ceremonies. It all depends on what is called for, and what you feel comfortable with. At Sacred Warrior we also hold Workshops & Women's Gatherings.

But her Medicine would not let her break.

To all the women struggling right now.
To all the women who have spent half their life fighting to be seen, to be heard, to keep their head above water.
To all the women who have fought unspoken battles and still hide the scars.
To all the women who have been too proud or scared or unable to ask for help.

To all the women who still walk tall after all of this.
Who don't give up.
Who have no choice but to keep moving forward.
Who have finally managed to create space to make that choice to change directions.
And those that cannot find the strength to change tracks at the moment so just keep going as they carry all the weight on their shoulders. .

All of you.

You are amazing. You are seen. You are loved.
You have powerful medicine and you need to remember that this power will one day give you the strength to be free 💜
