Sacred Warrior Healing Sacred Warrior Healing is a space where you are protected & guided while you journey back to self.

My name is Kathy and I my aim is to create a safe space for others to heal on a soul level, which then creates growth. A session with may incorporate Kinesiology, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, Flower Essences and Shamanic Healing, as well as personalized ceremonies. It all depends on what is called for, and what you feel comfortable with. At Sacred Warrior we also hold Workshops & Women's Gatherings.

When you have a moment where you feel judged, abandoned, ridiculed etc, and you are having big emotions that go with it; ask yourself this...
How old was i when I first felt this?
How old do I feel right now?

That feeling you're having after that trigger can often take you back to that same age that you were when it first happened. That realisation is the first step to healing full that and changing your reaction ❤️

Channel Artemis, not Medusa.

Raise your voice.
Heal.
Teach our children.
Create the changes.
If we are going to hunt, we need to hunt wisely.
Don't tar everyone with the same brush.

Be the Goddess that lifts the vibration while teaching the lessons. Not the one that burns everything to the ground.
