Celebrated with a full house for this weeks leg sesh and a cheeky rose ceremony at the end 🙈🌹💓💪🏼

What a year it’s been. Learnt a lot and have had a lot of fun.

Absolutely blessed to get to spend my days with so many amazing women watching smash their goals, get strong af and just become the best and healthiest versions of themselves.

So grateful to everyone who has supported and continues to support me and this business. I appreciate all of you so very much.

Truly one of the biggest hacks to a successful fat loss journey and maintaining the results.

Being able to eat the same (or similar) meals on repeat on a regular basis.

You have 2 options:

You can keep trying to incorporate a lot of variety and try new and fancy meals multiple times week and then wonder why you always feel so time poor or rushed in the kitchen, and wind up falling off track and getting take out more than you’d like to admit.

OR

You can suck it up and start simplifying your nutrition, find a few easy core recipes you enjoy and make them regularly during the week and save the fancy stuff and more variety for the weekends or when you have more time.

Meal prepping doesn’t mean boring foods. You can still eat delicious meals you enjoy.

And you just need to accept that sometimes reaching your goals requires sacrifice. You may need to sacrifice a bit of variety during the week if you want to be successful in losing fat.

What you’ve been doing isn’t working, so you have a choice to make. What’s more important to you? Eating different meals every single day or feeling better in and about your body and yourself?

To me, it’s an easy choice.

My diary entry on the 3rd of January last year:

‘First day back at work for the year. Only 3.5 months of work this year before I start mat leave and our little girl arrives. I am not feeling overly motivated and I am hoping that by this time next year I will be in a position that I don’t have to go back and can pursue a new career in fitness.’

And here we are today.

Today would have been my first day back at my old 9-5.

Instead, our 4th challenge is kicking off today and this lil biz turns 1 tomorrow 🎉

Feeling so grateful today that this is my reality now and I love being able to look back at my old journal entries and see how far I’m come, when this was just something I was hoping for at one stage.

Your reminder to not settle for something you know isn’t going to leave you feeling fulfilled just because it’s a safe option. Life is too short. Do something you are truly passionate about.

Good luck to all the girls starting their 6 week challenge today! I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you and can’t wait to see what you all achieve 💓💪🏼☀️

A perfect example of why the scale is not the only way we should be measuring our progress.

If all I cared about was the scale, I would think 1.3kg is not much progress. Not enough fat loss.

But when I compare these photos, my body looks completely different. My body composition has changed immensely even though my weight is almost the same.

I have built a significant amount of muscle and I am much leaner, although only 1kg actual weight difference.

The scale is a great tool to track our progress, but it is definitely not the only thing we should be relying on.

Progress photos are a fantastic way to track progress because we may not always notice the physical changes day to day, but looking back over time the difference is very obvious.

So if you have been feeling down about the scale at all this week, just remember if you are consistent with your training and nutrition and push yourself hard in the gym the results will come, they just may not be what you expect on the scales.

4 different women. 4 different journeys.

40+kg combined lost and a lot of strength and confidence gained.

If you know something needs to change in your life, this is your sign.

Don’t take it from me, take it from them. Their lives changed all because they made one decision to join a challenge and take some action on their health.

This challenge is not about a quick fix or restriction to achieve your goals.

It is about building long term habits, ditching your all or nothing mindset, gaining confidence both inside and outside the gym and finally working towards a healthier version of you.

Sign ups close in 3 days. Don’t let another year pass you by before you decide to do something.
