We’ve been busy this week with our AKP Connect group heading out to Holey Moley for some mini golf, our beloved Jen getting to spend some quality time with Jackson and Sarah getting her letter to Santa in early!

Smiles all round last night with our AKP connect group heading to clubjamberoo for their Wednesday raffle!
2 very happy winners and some super competitive card games had everyone having the time of their lives 🙈

AKP Connect has been out in the community for the past few weeks, we’ve had burgers and bowling, the races at Kembla Grange and the pub for pool just to name a few!

We were out and about today exploring our local beaches, taking advantage of the beautiful autumn sun 🌞

Today our Connect group headed to the sydneyroyal_eastershow! And what a day it was 👏🏻

New friendships formed, lots of laughs and plenty of smiles all round 😊

As a group they caught the train, which for Summa was her first time and something she has been working on achieving with her support team.

Well done Jackson, Mitch, Zac, Riley and Saraya for supporting these young adults on a very successful day trip!
