Sometimes the biggest victories happen on the days you almost didn’t show up.

​This morning, Meg walked in feeling unmotivated, sore, and well… exactly like her shirt says: "Everything hurts and I'm tired." 😭 But she showed up anyway. And you know what? We didn't just 'get through' it – she ended up having one of her absolute best sessions ever.
