1️⃣ How long have you been coming to One Body?
I have been coming to OB for 5 years in July.

2️⃣ What first brought you here?
I had been walking three times a week but wanted to add some extra exercise to my program. I had never been to a gym but had been doing mat Pilates in a small group but, the instructor left the area. I started reformer Pilates with a studio in Flagstone and I loved it but they closed down after a few months. So, I rang a few local studios and I had a good conversation with Maz and liked what she said-OB seemed like a good fit for me and it was!

3️⃣ What’s your favourite class or instructor?
I love my regular Friday class with Stacey and feel I have improved so much since I started that class. But I do a few different classes every month when there is a spot available and honestly there hasn't been a class or instructor I have not liked or felt something positive from.

4️⃣ What keeps you coming back?
What keeps me coming back is simple-I love Pilates. I like the science behind it, controlling muscles and movements, breathing and being aware of your body and its flexibility. I like how both my mind and my body feel after a class-well-most of the time!! I like walking in the door and being greeted by Sarah, Maz or any of the staff with a few friendly words and always a big smile. It's a happy place to be a part of.

5️⃣ What’s been the biggest change you’ve noticed since starting Pilates with us?
My biggest change is probably my strength, but also my balance and co-ordination. I also feel my mindset towards exercise has changed too as OB is such a positive and supportive space.

I have been coming to one body for about 9 months now I believe

2️⃣ What first brought you here?
I was working out at a gym lifting weights and doing hours on a tread mill but kept getting injured and exhausted. I had a friend who did Pilates and told me to try it. And have not looked back

3️⃣ What’s your favourite class or instructor?
I love Stacey and Chantelle but for different reasons. Stacey takes what you think you can do to the next level, her classes are high controlled intensity and fun. Chantelle is slow controlled torture with technique at the forefront, small movements make big difference's, she is knowledgeable and helpful

4️⃣ What keeps you coming back?
I come back because I love the workouts I feel a sense of achievement afterwards, the other ladies in class are so friendly and fun. Sarah makes booking and paying for classes effortless. Atmosphere I suppose is the best word to use it's friendly and comfortable

5️⃣ What’s been the biggest change you’ve noticed since starting Pilates with us?
My biggest change is the classes not being as brutal, and being able to add the 2nd and 3rd stages to the movements, my fitness and strength have improved and I am less fatigued and injured.

I have been coming to one body for three and half years.

2️⃣ What first brought you here?
My husband Mark saw an article on Pilates about how beneficial it was to do weekly.

3️⃣ What’s your favourite class or instructor?
My favourite instructor is Chantelle, she is a wonderful enthusiast person.

4️⃣ What keeps you coming back?
The friendships that you make are a great bonus.

5️⃣ What’s been the biggest change you’ve noticed since starting Pilates with us?
It was very important to get my flexibility back and improve on my balance. Pilates has changed my life in such a big way, I would be lost without it 🩷🩷🩷

1️⃣ How long have you been coming to One Body?
I started in September 2023. With a few one on one sessions, then started my rehabilitation sessions.
2️⃣ What first brought you here?
I first came because I was severely suffering with chronic pain and limited movement of my spine and body.
I keep coming back because I have learnt a lot about the body and movement. And I now understand the importance of the core. I keep coming back to improve my body to help manage my conditions. I have definitely noticed a difference.
Also the people who work here are all amazing and welcoming as well as the class members 🥰
3️⃣ What’s your favourite class or instructor?
I come once a week with Maddy, I think it's a strength class . She's great as an instructor. All the other instructors are also great as had them as fill in.
4️⃣ What’s been the biggest change you’ve noticed since starting Pilates with us?
I have a lot more movement, balance & strength. Along with better posture. And exercise is good for your mind as well as your body ❤️ I'm glad I made the decision to do it . I wish I'd done it sooner. So thank you to the team at One body.
