This time, I got to be the client. 🤎

Tahlia treated me to a lash tint, brow tint and brow wax—and I absolutely love the result.

It’s amazing how three simple treatments can make the whole eye area look fresher and more defined without looking overdone.

I’m usually the one standing on the other side of the treatment bed, so it was lovely to sit back and let Tahlia work her magic on me. It also gave me the chance to experience her beautiful work from a client’s point of view.

Let’s clear up a few things about acrylics… 👀💅
Acrylic nails sometimes get a bad reputation, but when they’re applied, maintained and removed correctly, they shouldn’t mean sacrificing your natural nails.
A few things worth knowing:
✨ Acrylic itself doesn’t automatically ruin your nails — over-filing, picking and improper removal can cause damage.
✨ They’re strong, not indestructible — your nails are jewels, not tools. 😂
✨ Regular infills matter — as your natural nail grows, the structure and balance of your enhancement changes.
✨ Please don’t pick or rip them off! You can take layers of your natural nail with them. 😬
✨ Lifting? Tell me. Don’t glue it down or ignore it — let me fix it properly.
And acrylics don’t have to be super long or thick. They can be customised to suit your lifestyle, preferred length and style.
Good acrylics are about more than pretty nails — structure, application and maintenance matter. 🖤
