Yoga changed you, but have you ever learnt about the body it lives in?

Ayurveda is referenced as yoga’s sister science, but what does that actually mean. And if it’s a science, how do we measure this sisterhood?

This is where our trainings start, with the body, the most manifest and tangible realm.

Here is a taste of what the Ayurveda module covers in my new online training, The Living Practice.

A six month journey into living yoga.

We are all here playing the same game, and that game is called life. The game is the process of living.

How are you living, got a game plan?

We have all heard that yoga is many things and that yoga is not one size fits all.

Vinyasa krama is how we make it personal - sequencing asana, breath, energy and meditation with conscious purpose, from where we are now, to where we want to be.

This course will change the way you teach.
And change the way you practice.
Now that’s a big call!

Launches Monday.
Includes 4 livestream classes each week, pre recorded lectures to keep, downloadable slides, and access to the recorded video library.

Autumn is vata season - and if your digestion has been off lately, your body is already telling you that.

Ayurveda and Yoga both point toward the same truth. You are nature and nature has seasons.

Swipe above to learn what Vata is, what it does to your body, and how to work with it.
It’s a simple practical and gentle science.

Did you know that in our teacher training a daily Ayurvedic lunch is included, with much of the produce coming from our garden. It’s a game changer.

Something I’ve noticed lately.

When new followers arrive here Ive been replying personally. I like to know who’s in this space and what brings them here.

And there’s a thread.

So many of you are yoga teachers.
Teachers who love this practice deeply. Who want to go further. Who sense there’s a layer of understanding their training never gave them and are searching for more.

Who don’t want go keep recycling habitual flows, but want the methodology that works.

I couldn’t ignore it.
Something is coming. Stay close.

🌿 Follow along if you’re a yoga teacher. This is for you.

What’s your favourite? I have a few.

I’ve been diving deep into yoga history and philosophy the last year, far deeper than I ever imagined I would go.

My last few courses have been with
and this handy resource was compiled by them. Thank you 🙏

WHAT IS YOGA?

My phone is full, so in clearing out
I found this beautiful definition. It resonates for me.

No mention of poses. No flexibility required. No equipment needed.

Just a felt sense of deep relationship. With yourself. With others. With the world.

In the West we love to define things. Categorize them. Box them. And somewhere along the way, yoga got shrunk into a fitness class.

But yoga is actually a state of being, one you should already know.
That moment of quiet clarity. Of belonging. Of coming home to yourself.

And then these moments start to become a way of life.

So maybe the real question isn’t what is yoga — it’s are you feeling yoga?

Stay tuned — in a few days I’ll be sharing 10 Sanskrit definitions of yoga. Ancient words, ancient wisdom. I think you’ll be surprised.

And if you’re not feeling yoga, something is coming, that will definitely change that.

In the meantime, I’d love to know —
Do you agree with this definition?
What’s your definition?
And do we even need a definition?
Does definition matter?

Love to hear from you 😁🙏

Ta**ra is likely one of the most misused and misunderstood words, terms, labels, practices in the modern spiritual landscape.

And it’s the oft quoted buzz word in the spiritual landscape.

So it’s about time it got the clarity it deserves 🧡

👉 Ta**ra is not something you study.
👉 Ta**ra is something you do.
