Healthy bodhi is looking for another Remedial massage therapist to join the team!! šŸ’ƒ

As a therapist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients find freedom in their bodies, and understanding on a deeper level how to live a life of vitality.

The person we are looking for:
ā€¢Diploma or Advanced diploma of Remedial massage
ā€¢Current membership with a professional association (with ability to get your health fund recognition)
ā€¢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy
ā€¢Ability to work independently and as a team
ā€¢Interested in alternative therapies, or have other healing modality certification
ā€¢Strong intuition and knowledge in your field

The key Responsibilities:
ā€¢Provide Remedial massage therapy services, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling & Craniosacral therapy- or interested to learn these.
ā€¢Conduct in depth assessments to identify the clients needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
ā€¢Maintain accurate records of client treatment & progress
ā€¢Maintain ongoing professional development to stay current with your association and industry.

Healing has been the corner stone of everything that I do, and I weave it throughout all of my modalities.

So this month I wish to teach you a practice I use almost daily with my clients, and have had some miracles along the way.

I will lovingly guide you through a meditation. Enhanced by the vibrations of sound,

Conscious dance has always been a way that I, myself regulate emotions, express myself
(Mostly in my kitchen šŸ˜‚šŸ’ƒ)

I love the movement of dance through healing, ecstatic dance, 5 rhythms, trance dance, somatic dance etc

To join community who enjoy this also, ment I have to travel 45mins to join a group, or stay in my living roomā€¦.
Being a mum made this more challengingā€¦

And Iā€™ve dreamt of creating this NOR in perth. No more dreaming šŸ’­ we danced and we felt liberated in Butler!

This Saturday 4th July, we dance for ourselves again šŸ˜†

If you also fee alive when you dance, or want to enjoy a dance without substances, move stuck emotions from your physical, or simply just dance like no body is watching.

Or bring sound into your work as a therapist or healer?

This certified training will give you all of the knowledge to feel confident and capable to hold others in a sound journey

Create sound scapes with various instruments without having to be a musician, or any prior skills in playing.
You will learn how to play

Tibetan/ Himalayan singing bowls

I bend so I donā€™t break

My yoga is never just a physical practice, but mental and energetic

With everything that life throws at us, the constant of yoga helps us through.
Noticing the changes in your flexibility or restriction in joints, can be a direct reflection of your mind focusing on a challenging situation.

My energy may not feel strong enough to take on a class, but as I connect with my breath and body, the renewed vitality flows again as the answer to my awareness of self.

Even at breaking point, the yoga can be simply showing up for yourself, encouraging your mind, your body to bend to adjust to life and another day.

The practice saves me from breaking, stretching my life back into place.

Yoga may not be your thing, but we all have a self practice that can help us.

Healing through Movement and sound.

This month is an intentional and intuitive dance party, where you will be slightly guided and nudged to move freely with the carefully selected music.
Feel the freedom of somatic healing, endorphins flooding your body as it moves to heal, instead of dancing to someone elseā€™s moves.

This substance free event will take you on a journey from dynamic movement and breath, moving to different sounds, then slowly making your way to stillness- savasana and allowing sound to bath over you in a soudscape meditation.

Cocoa provided to encourage you to open your heart as we begin. Then tea and snacks to nourish our bodies.

Please bring a yoga mat, and any other props you need for meditation, comfortable clothing for dancing, and an open mind.

This is month 2 of ~Nourish your Soul~
Each month we gather, to explore healing in differ ways, enjoy community and Nourish yourself enough to take you through the whole month.
