Do you enjoy working outdoors and making a genuine difference in people’s lives?

Empower Clear Minds is looking for a reliable, hardworking and compassionate person to join our growing team as a Lawn Mower Man / Support Worker.

This unique role combines lawn and garden maintenance with supporting NDIS participants to live more independent and fulfilling lives. Every day is different, and every day you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact.

✅ Lawn mowing & garden maintenance
✅ Supporting NDIS participants in the community
✅ Flexible casual hours
