This is a transitional space! an opportunity, a moment to clear out old energy and sit through stubborn, ancient stories and emotional ‘baggage’ that may be bubbling up from core and early memories. Stuff we’ve been ignoring that needs to shift. This resurfacing invites us to feel and release, allowing us to embrace a new version of self. By connecting with the powerhouse of the sacral chakra, we can tap into personal power, wisdom and harness the energies of both the sacral and solar plexus chakras, our sources of empowerment.
