The Moon teaches us something beautiful about light.
There are moments when what has always been shining becomes hidden from our sight. And yet the light itself has not disappeared.

We experience this in our own lives too.

There are times when fear, grief, uncertainty, or the challenges of being human can make us forget the spiritual light that lives within us. We might not be able to feel it. We might not be able to see the path ahead.

But our light is still there.

For many years, during the full moon, I have invited our community to travel within and experience our divine light, to feel it moving through every cell and then allow it to radiate effortlessly into the sacred Web of Life. The full moon is such a beautiful time to remember our relationship with the Moon, the Earth, the cosmos, and the light of Spirit that lives within all beings.

So tonight, instead of asking the Moon to give you something, spend a few quiet moments simply being in relationship with her. Feel your own inner light. And if something in your life feels temporarily covered in darkness, remember that darkness does not mean the light is gone.

The Oud scents are rich, warm and woody and are a great option for the men who aren’t usually into traditional incense. SEPTEMBER EVENTS ARE HERE

Our September events have officially been released, along with our final two events for August.

If you’ve been watching our events for a while but haven’t quite booked your first ticket, this might be your sign.

These spaces are for anyone who feels like they need to slow down, reset, reconnect or simply have a little time away from everything else. You don’t need to have experience with meditation, sound healing or anything we do. You don’t need to be “spiritual”. You just need to come as you are.

Our events are intentionally kept small, welcoming and personal, so spots for each date are limited. This allows everyone to feel comfortable in the space rather than feeling like just another person in a crowded room.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, have a look through the newly released dates and find the one that feels right for you.

A whole new range has just been added to the Positive Mind Waves Store!

I’ve restocked some favourites and added plenty of new options including:

• A much larger range of smokeless sprays
• New sage varieties and gift packs
• An expanded range of resin incense
• Teas, crystals, incense, Palo Santo and plenty more

I’ve also added more of the Oud Incense available individually or in a beautiful gift pack as this has been one of the most popular. Oud has a rich, warm and woody scent that feels luxurious without being overly sweet or floral, making it a perfect addition to the home.

NEW MOON SOUND BATH TONIGHT

We have had a few last minute cancellations, which means we suddenly have plenty of space available for tonight’s 7pm New Moon Sound Bath.

If you have been thinking about coming maybe this is your opportunity.

The New Moon represents new beginnings, fresh intentions and a chance to reset. It is a time to get clear on what you want to create moving forward, while allowing yourself to slow down from everything that has been taking up space.

Tonight is an opportunity to:

• Slow down and regulate your nervous system
• Clear some of the mental noise
• Reflect on what you actually want moving forward
• Set intentions for the next chapter
• Release stress and tension through sound
• Give yourself 90 minutes where absolutely nothing is expected of you

Everything is provided. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to switch off for a while.

WHY COME TO A NEW MOON SOUND BATH?

There’s a reason we choose to host a Sound Bath around the New Moon. The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. While we don’t need the moon to make changes in our lives, it gives us a beautiful regular point to pause, reflect and intentionally decide what we want to move towards next.

Why we host them
• To create intentional time to stop and check in with yourself
• To give you space away from the constant noise, responsibilities and stimulation of everyday life
• To use the New Moon as a monthly reset point for reflection, intention and new beginnings
• To combine guided meditation with sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation
• To support the nervous system in shifting out of constant doing and into a calmer, more restful state
• To give you an opportunity to recognise what you want more of in your life and what may need to change to get there

Why Sound?
• Repetitive and immersive sounds can make it easier to settle your attention and switch off from racing thoughts
• You don’t need to know how to meditate or be “good” at relaxing
• There is nothing you need to achieve during the experience
• You simply lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive the experience

And the best part?
You don’t need to bring anything.
Mats, blankets, pillows and everything needed for the experience are provided in the space.
You don’t need experience with meditation, sound healing or New Moon practices.
Just arrive as you are.
Sometimes a new beginning doesn’t need a huge life changing moment.Sometimes it starts with intentionally giving yourself 90 minutes to stop, listen and decide what comes next.

We have just 3 tickets left to Friday Evening’s New Moon Sound Bath and Meditation- August 14th (3 spots left) and so far will be joined by a variety of women who have returned for several Sound Baths, who have been in the space and purchased a ticket to the next event and some who have taken a step and attending something new for the first time.
