💉 COVID-19 vaccine funding has changed from 1 October 2026!

COVID-19 vaccines have now transitioned from the National COVID-19 Vaccine Program to the National Immunisation Program (NIP). Under the NIP, free COVID-19 vaccination is available for:

Adults aged 75 years and over - one dose every 6 months
Adults aged 65–74 years - one dose every 12 months
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50–74 years - one dose every 12 months
Adults aged 18 years and over with severe immunocompromise - one dose every 12 months

People who are not eligible for a funded vaccine may still be able to access COVID-19 vaccination through private purchase.
If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible or when your next dose is due, speak with our pharmacy team and we can help you understand your options.
