A slower paced session focusing on heavier weights and controlled reps to help you build real strength and confidence.

Sunday – 🔥 Circuit | 9:00am
Our highest paced class. A HIIT style with a wide variety of weight based and body weight exercises to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling accomplished.

Today my daughter surprised me with this beautiful drawing of Renewed Health & Fitness.

To her, Mum’s gym isn’t just a place to train. It’s where people smile, get stronger, make friends, and feel good about themselves. Seeing my business through her eyes is a pretty special reminder of why I do what I do.

Building this business hasn’t always been easy, but moments like this make it all worth it. ✨
