Recently, however, we’ve experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and appointments where clients simply don’t attend without any contact. While we completely understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected situations arise, these missed appointments have a real impact on our small business, our team, and the clients patiently waiting for an opportunity to book in.

Every appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, it leaves a gap that could have been offered to another client seeking treatment and affects the valuable time of our staff who have prepared for your visit.

We will always approach genuine circumstances with understanding and compassion, and we appreciate that sometimes things happen beyond our control. In return, we kindly ask that our booking policy is respected by providing as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
