Happy first day of Spring! 🌿

September at Energise is for the men.
The dads, partners, brothers, sons, mates and men in our community who so often keep going, keep providing, keep fixing, keep carrying… and sometimes forget they’re allowed to receive too.

This month we’ll be exploring the following, without the fluff:
Receiving care
Connection
Noticing what we’ve normalised
Building capacity, not just endurance

Health isn’t only about what hurts loudly. It can be the sleep you’ve been putting up with, the stress you keep brushing off, the tension you’ve learned to live with, the fatigue you call “normal”, or the thing that’s been sitting on your “I’ll deal with that eventually” list for months or maybe even years.

Debi Leyland is returning to Energise as our remote QEST4 practitioner. If you've worked with Debi before, she'd love to reconnect and pick up where you left off. And if you haven't yet had a QEST4 session, now's the perfect time to find out what it's about.

QEST4 is a non-invasive bioenergetic testing system that looks at what might be going on beneath the surface, from gut health and hormones to sleep, stress, energy and so much more.

Consults are simple: drop a hair sample to the clinic and we'll send it on to Debi in Margaret River. She'll run your QEST4 analysis before a telehealth consult to talk through your results and what's next for you.
