Depression can be extremely debilitating. We tend to withdraw from society, and often we become quiet and non-communicative. This will often deepen the depression rather than lightening our mood. We may require more conversation with other family members or with friends. As long as the confidant is one who can be trusted to give helpful advice. As we are able to look ahead towards the future, we may see the light shining. Having or making a plan for a creative project or dream can begin attracting our tribe towards us. This can bring additional inspiration and help in achieving our aims. It could have a feeling of renewal and growth.

Flying is about seeing things from a different perspective. In other words, whatever the situation may be, looking at the details while in the middle of the confusion, may cause us to look with fear or anger. However, when we pull ourself out and look at it all as a whole and from the outside, we see things more clearly and quite differently. This can be likened to the moon shining her light into the deepest, darkest corners of it all. Again, allowing us yo see it with gentle understanding and clarity.
