Thought I'd give a little conditioning workout today:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10mins

400m run
2 rounds:
15 squats
10 sit-ups
5 strict pull ups

Just finished 3 in the 10mins! Give it a try πŸ’ͺ

1min max effort cycle

Part of a session done with a client this morning (and a modified version of a workout I did myself) - give it a shot!

21-15-9 (FOR TIME)
Squat (weighted)
Recline row (or strict chins)
Push-up (weighted)

Client smashed it out this morning!!

On comp prep and I still get waffles! Well... Protein waffles πŸ˜‹
Recipe:
1 scoop whey isolate
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup of egg whites
2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yoghurt (or your choice yoghurt)
Water/milk/almond milk until mixture is batter consistency

Grease a waffle maker (I use a little olive oil) and cook like any other waffle!
(Sometimes a bit dry so have fun with toppings!)
Here I used PB2 chocolate flavour!
