We are updating our booking policy!

To try get the message out we’ve updated the reminder texts, emails, online booking, socials and website next to come and will keep reminding you.

Main changes:
❤️ 48 hours notice minimum
❤️ increased booking deposit
❤️ payment options

Majority of you are fantastic at this however by altering this there’s a few things we are hoping to achieve.

Less space held unnecessarily. Some bookings hold the space for 6 weeks so we allocate the stock, the nurse or therapist, surround other bookings around it. This is called block booking and reduces losses. Only for the reminder to go out and it’s rescheduled after we’ve spent the last week telling people they cant have that day.

Rescheduling bookings the day before creates more pressure in communications when we are already constrained during appointments then we do not have time to contact anyone to try and fill a gap. A lot of the communication then overflows into evenings and out of hours.

We are aware we aren’t able to be vigilant prioritising phones communication while focusing on our existing patient or client infront of us. This fact alone is why we spend $200+ a month on a premium booking software that allows you to reschedule and book 24/7.

Again this is the minority and after so many years the majority are awesome and we love seeing your faces.

Seeing what bookings are in allocates our stock forecasts. Many products have better pricing for bulk buys so we try to order less frequent and in large quantity to get you better pricing at the checkout.

We didn’t do any price increases last year and hoping to try avoid it on majority of services. We are hoping through this we can avoid price increases ❤️

All of the above allows things to flow efficiently and reduce costs which is exactly what we want to do for you.

Payment options:
The bigger deposit we hope help breaks the costs up for you on the day but we’ve also introduced the option of afterpay, payments plans and memberships

Your reminder text will go out 72 hours before to remind you and your email will go out 48 hours prior.

By booking the consult it allows us adequate time to discuss all aspects of your treatment and provide the details you want and need to know.
This includes pricing, aftercare, treatment longevity, the procedure itself, meeting your prescribing dr, risks, medical history to name a few.

Without this time our day can start to run behind.
