Tomorrow 9am Karratha Welcome lotteries House

A friendly reminder our next Community meeting is Tomorrow (Thursday 21st May) at 9am Karratha Welcome Lotteries House.

We will be taking the opportunity to gain our communities feedback on upcoming NDIS changes and thriving kids, so please come along and have your say.

These meetings are open to all members of the community, particularly those with lived experience with disability.

Please join us in the garden tomorrow for something a bit different as we start building our cubby house thanks to generous support from Fortescue and plans from Castle and Cubby.

We will of course also have gardening tasks to do like weeding, fertilising, watering, and raking leaves if that’s more your speed. We’d love to see you in the garden. 🙂

SAFE Karratha would like to extend our sincere thanks to Heather Osborne Photography and Pilbara Heart Horses for their generous support following the recent Youth Week event at Hearson’s Cove.

This fantastic event, delivered in partnership with Pilbara Heart Horses and The Inclusive Movement, brought together young people for an inclusive afternoon of fun, connection and community.

In a truly thoughtful gesture, the organisers chose to donate the cost of event photography to SAFE Karratha in lieu of payment. We are so grateful to Heather for her beautiful work, and to Pilbara Heart Horses for helping make this contribution possible.
Your generosity directly supports the care and rehoming of animals in our community 🐾
