It's Men's Health Week - so we want to talk about getting our men moving!
Sadly, most men aren't active enough to stay healthy but being active doesn't necessarily need to be hard work - walking the dog, gardening or playing sport with your kids are ways of getting your body moving.
The first step to getting fitter is simply taking the first step. When you start to move your body more every day, it makes your body and mind strong and fitter.
