Our 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞 & 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 holiday group is designed to gives kids the chance to build coordination, body awareness and confidence through play-based movement all in our purpose-built therapy gym, with expert support!

Healthy eating habits are shaped through everyday moments, from helping prepare snacks to trying something new at the table 🍓

That’s the focus of our 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝑯𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒔 July School Holiday Program, designed to help children build confidence, independence and positive routines around food.

🍏Food Allergy Awareness Week

Food allergies affect around 1 in 10 infants in Australia, with Australia continuing to have one of the highest rates of food allergy in the world.

During Food Allergy Awareness Week (25–31 May), Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia is encouraging us all to “Recognise the signs, be ready to react” helping raise awareness around anaphylaxis and what to do in an emergency.

Here at Greenhouse, we know mealtimes can feel complex for many families, whether related to allergies, sensory preferences, feeding difficulties or anxiety around food. Our Specialist Paediatric Feeding Program supports children and families with practical, individualised strategies to help create safer, more positive mealtime experiences.
