I recorded a meditation today thinking about a couple of women I love.

Women who have been made to question themselves. Who have learnt to keep the peace, make themselves smaller, and carry things that were never theirs to carry.

And somewhere in the middle of recording it, I realised parts of me were listening too. ❤️‍🔥

Some of the words were unexpectedly hard to say.

The meditation is called Remember Your Fire, and I wasn't planning on releasing another meditation this week... but this one feels like it needs to be out in the world now.

So I'm sharing it this week. 🔥

For the woman who needs reminding that her voice, her knowing and her fire are still there.

This isn't becoming someone new.
It's returning to yourself. ❤️‍🔥
