We’ll be cooking up Pumpkin and Adzuki Bean Casserole for the Winter Nourish and Reset 😋
Sweet roasted pumpkin, caramelised onions, earthy adzuki beans, and warming ginger all come together in one nourishing pot.
It’s the kind of meal that feels like a hug for your insides.
In TCM philosophy every ingredient plays an energetic role as well as a nutritional one. The ingredients in this dish work together to create a food that tonifies the kidney/adrenal function and supports the spleen/pancreas. Gently strengthening digestion, stabilising blood sugar and restoring vital energy, its’s a perfect dish for our Winter retreat participants. ✨
