How to lose weight and keep it off.
Jodie has come to me to help her lose some weight. Sheβs been here before, in fact only 12 months ago Jodie had lost 12kg and was feeling better than ever. But in the last year Jodie explains that she has put all that weight back on and more.

It can be frustrating, and also leave women feeling like they have failed. There are a myriad of influences that impact on our nutrition choices. Itβs not a matter of being weak willed! Understanding these influences can help us strategise and manage food choices in order to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.
