After surgery, fluid can sometimes collect under the skin and create the movement you see in this video.

This is exactly why proper post-op assessment matters. Not every lump, hardness or irregularity after surgery is fibrosis, and knowing the difference is important when deciding on the appropriate care.

Your post-op recovery should always be treated according to what your body is actually showing not with the same treatment for everyone.
