Spring has Sprung 🌷🐝

The season changes lead to many people feeling burnt out, especially with lingering cold and flu, hay fever and the festive season slowly creeping towards us.

Take your time to rest and give yourself grace if you're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. If you ever need additional support, acupuncture can be beneficial to help you pause, heal and adjust to the new season of the year.

We’re back in the clinic after another horse-riding adventure down south 🐎❤️ — while Em has been happily holding down the fort at home with plenty of puppy cuddles! 🐶🥰

Our books are already full for the next two weeks, but we’ve opened up Wednesday 14th October for anyone who’s been waiting for an appointment.

If you need to see us, don’t leave it too long!

💚 Mental Health Matters – Every Day 💚
The world sets aside a week in October to raise awareness for mental health... but for those living with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or emotional overwhelm, every week can feel hard.
If you're struggling and carrying it all on your own, please know you don't have to.
✨ Let the people in your life in - you are not a burden to them.
✨ Reach out to someone you trust.
✨ Speak with your GP or a qualified mental health professional.
✨ Accept support when it's offered.
The people who care about you want to help—they're often just waiting for you to let them know you need them.
At Sarah Race Acupuncture Clinic, we see firsthand how closely our emotional wellbeing and physical health are connected. While acupuncture isn't a replacement for mental health care, many people find it to be a helpful part of their overall wellbeing plan alongside the care of their healthcare team.
If today feels heavy, please remember: asking for help isn't a sign of weakness—it's an act of courage. 💚
Take care of yourself, check in on someone you love, and remember... you never have to face it alone.

🏡✨ We're Back! ✨🏡
After two weeks of swapping acupuncture needles for horse shows 🐴, dusty arenas, motorbike tracks 🏍️💨, early mornings, late nights, and enough takeaway coffees to keep a small town awake ☕😂... we're officially back in the clinic!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who has been so patient while we cheered on the kids and embraced the chaos that is school holiday sport. ❤️

If you've left a message, sent a text, or emailed us, don't panic—we promise we haven't disappeared into the horse float or been lost somewhere up the pacific highway! 😅 We're working our way through all of your messages and bookings as quickly as we can.

Please bear with us over the next few days while we play a little game of "catch up with everything!" 📞📅
We're so excited to be back doing what we love and look forward to seeing all of your familiar faces in the clinic again. 🥰
Thanks again for your kindness, patience and understanding—it really is appreciated more than you know. 💚
Now... if only unpacking horse gear and washing moto gear counted as a recovery treatment! 🤣🐴🏍️
