Hi my lovely pilates family.
2023 is not going well. My lovely Mum passed away suddenly on Monday. We are all beyond devastated. I will be leaving for the UK on Friday night and will keep you up dated when I return.
I really do miss you all and look forward to catching up when I come back

Hi my lovely Pilates family, unfortunately we are going into lock down as from 6pm tonight, which means unfortunately the 6.30pm class tonight and the Friday 9.30am have to be cancelled. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for a safe few days so we can see each other next week 🥰

Hi my lovely Pilates people. Here is an update of the dreaded C word.
I am now not allowed to hold my classes in the halls until further notice.
I am how ever allowed to teach classes in the park, so weather permitting I will be holding the Tuesday morning class at 9.15AM in the Pioneer Crescent park starting tomorrow morning and the Friday 9.30AM class in the park near Space Hall (If we all meet for the Friday one by the car park and we walk across together)
These classes will be weather permitting, so if it is raining it will be called off. I also will not be using any equipment, so please bring your own mat and we will be sticking to the 1.5 metre gap between our selves, NO KISSING OR HUGGING ALLOWED 😁😆

I hope to see as many of you as possible and bring friends if they are bored at home.
For those not wanting to use cash any more, you can BPAY, I will have details on the day.

Take care everyone stay safe and strong ###
