The time has come...

... to close down Inspiring Women Illawarra.

Inspiring Women has been a major part of my life for the last five years - it has been a blast and I know I have made life long, friends and colleagues. Your support has been amazing and I look forward to catching up at online or in person to reminisce on the great memories that we have created over that time....

Sadly, I do not have the capacity to continue this group, all involved (including our new committee) are sad that this hasn't worked out.

Thanks again, and appreciate your understanding.

Michelle's Christmas message.

Dearest Inspiring Women,

Yep it's me, here to wish you all a very merry Christmas.

2016 has been a "full-on" year for me and I truly appreciate all of your love and support thru some really challenging times.

Losing my mum half way thru the year, was a very difficult time, to stand strong whilst those around me fell apart. I'm now faced with Christmas looming wondering how am I going to get thru without her... as I'm sure tears will fall once again in her memory through sadness and laughter.

Then a career change kicked in in July, an Opportunity to join, superwoman, Francine and the amazing work she's doing with Mayvin Training and the Digital Business Hub. Was it hectic to go back into a work place after working from home for 15years, yes, and have loved every minute of it.
.. and my attention to you and our tribe has slipped... and I'm sorry. My capacity is not as super-capable as I thought.

So what's next...
I'm going to enjoy the next few weeks with my family, rest up and be ready to take on 2017... and I hope you enjoy your break too. Be sure to make grand resolutions and be ready to jump out of the 2017 canon firing...

I'll be back in January with our 2017 plans. .
